management for two patients with intermediate-high risk pulmonary
embolism. In these two debates, we will explore the evidence and
practice patterns supporting the use of anticoagulation alone vs.
catheter-directed therapies. We will also compare catheter-directed
thrombolysis to catheter-directed thrombectomy as a means of
managing patients with acute pulmonary embolism.
